What will I need to bring?

When coming in for your consultation visit please ensure to bring your insurance card, physicaly drivers license and a list of medications you take
What can I expect during my consultation?

During your consultation you will go over your medical history with staff and/ or our physician in order to further decide what next steps are needed to take
Can I expect to do same day testing?

During your consultation you will not be undergoing any kiind of allergy testing. If the physician sees testings are needed then those will be scheduled during your consultation visit

Where to park once you arrive
Parking at our facility is limited, as we share the lot with another business. Please ensure that you park only in spaces designated for Allergy and Asthma patients. Vehicles parked in unauthorized spaces may be subject to towing.
We are not responsible for any towing fees or damages that may occur.
Additional street parking is available nearby and offers convenient access to our office.
